Italian Chicken Vegetable & Couscous Dinner

Recipe makes 4 Servings

12 Oz H-E-B Select Couscous
4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Seasoned Chicken Breasts
24 Oz H-E-B Select Sauced Tuscan Blend
1 cup(s) chicken broth

Heat oven to 350°F.
Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
Prepare couscous according to package directions and evenly spread over bottom of prepared baking dish and set aside.
Heat chicken breasts according to package directions in microwave. and arrange on top of couscous.
Top with both bags of Tuscan Blend and add 1 cup of chicken broth on top before baking.
Bake on center oven rack for 15 minutes or until vegetables in sauce are bubbling.
