1/2 sweet onion, chopped
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 green bell peppers, seeded and chopped
4 garlic, chopped
1 Tbsp Nakano Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tsp H-E-B Pure Cane Sugar
1 Tsp Alessi Sea Salt
1 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper
2 H-E-B Black Beans, rinsed and drained

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Sauté onion, red and green bell peppers and garlic for 5 minutes or until tender.
Stir in vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper.
