8 H-E-B Mixla Tortillas
15 Oz H-E-B Borracho Beans, drained
6 Oz H-E-B Fully Cooked Seasoned Shredded Chicken
1/4 cup(s) green onions, finely chopped, white and green parts
8 Folios Jarlsberg Cheese Tortillas

Instructions

Heat a dry empty skillet over medium-high heat. Toast tortillas very lightly on both sides. Set aside.

Turn skillet down to medium heat. Spoon beans into a microwave-safe bowl and heat for about 1 minute, just to warm through.

Add chicken and green onions to beans. Stir to combine.

Lay out cheese tortillas on a flat surface. Top with toasted tortilla and place a line of chicken/bean mixture down the middle of tortilla. Roll tightly to compact filling into tortilla.

Carefully place tortillas 2 at a time in the hot skillet seam side down and toast until lightly brown on each side, turning gently with a spatula.

Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately with salsa or guacamole.

Chef's Note: Easy to make ahead and cook at the last minute. Fun and flexible recipe - can substitute cheddar cheese tortillas for the outside and fully cooked beef, pork or shrimp for the filling.
