2 Lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut in chunks
1 Tbsp garam masala
1 Fischer & Wieser Moroccan Tagine Starter, strained
14 1/2 Oz diced tomatoes
16 Oz Goya Coconut Milk
2 Oz salted butter

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a large stock pot over medium-high heat.

Simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked and reads 170°F on meat thermometer.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and additional garam masala.
