16 slices H-E-B Bare Bread Whole Wheat Crustless Bread
8 Tbsp H-E-B Select Ingredients Traditional Hummus
8 H-E-B Organics Colby Jack Cheese Slices
1 cucumber, cut into bite size spear
16 H-E-B Angel Sweet Tomatoes
8 Bamboo Skewers
1 star shaped cookie cutter

Instructions

Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp. hummus.

Top with a slice of cheese and another slice of bread.

Using a star shaped cookie cutter, cut out 8 star shapes.

Create each skewer by adding a tomato, piece of cucumber, star-shaped sandwich and then repeating the sequence until your desired combination. We used 2 star sandwiches, 3 tomatoes and 3 pieces of cucumber per sandwich kabob.
