Recipe makes 3 Servings

2 Tbsp sesame oil, divided use
1 H-E-B Beef and Vegetable Kit Stir Fry
1 1/2 Tbsp Mi Tienda Sazón Seasoning
1 small serrano pepper, seeds removed and pepper diced
1 red bell pepper, cored and pepper sliced into matchstick size strips
1 small jalapeño, seeds removed and pepper cut into matchstick size strips

In a large non-stick skillet over high heat add 1 tablespoon oil.
Once oil starts to smoke, add beef from stir-fry kit and half of sazón seasoning.
Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until beef is browned. Remove from pan and set aside.
Add remaining oil and heat until almost smoking.
Add serrano, red bell pepper, jalapeño and remaining sazon seasoning. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes then add beef back to pan.
Cook a few minutes and season to taste with salt and pepper garnish as desired.
