Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

4 6 oz. cod fillets, thawed
1/4 Tsp Adams Reserve Table Grind Black Pepper
2 Tbsp honey
2 Tbsp Kikkomon All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Roland Seasoned Rice Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp lime juice
1 Tsp Adams Reserve Black Sesame Seed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 450°F.

Place cod on a foil sheet pan and season with pepper.

Pour remaining ingredients into a small sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Allow sauce to simmer for 2 minutes then remove from heat.

Place cod in oven and bake for 4 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle with glaze.

Return fish to the oven for an additional 5 to 6 minutes.

Remove fish from oven, top with more glaze and serve.
