Honey Mustard Pork Chop Bites

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 non-stick cooking spray
4 boneless thick cut pork chops, cut in 1-inch cubes
1/4 Tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp Kikkoman Soy Sauce
1/4 cup(s) reduced-sodium chicken broth
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp spicy brown mustard
1 Tsp garlic, finely chopped

Instructions

Coat a large skillet with cooking spray and place over medium-high heat.

Sprinkle pork pieces on all sides with pepper.

Place skillet and cook 3 to 4 minutes or until lightly browned on each side. Remove from skillet.

Combine soy sauce, broth, honey, mustard and garlic in a small bowl.

Stirring frequently, add to same skillet and heat 1 minute or until mixture comes to a boil.

Pour sauce into individual sauce cups and serve with pork bites for dipping.
