1 Lb fresh Alaska sockeye salmon Fillet
1/2 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1/3 cup(s) Really Raw Honey
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard

Heat oven to 425°F.

Place salmon on a foil lined baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.

Mix honey and Dijon mustard together and spread evenly over salmon.
