Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb H-E-B Natural Ground Pork
2 Tsp ground fennel, simply grind seeds in a blender if you can only find fennel seeds
1 1/2 Tsp granulated garlic
1 Tsp onion powder
1 Tsp paprika
2 Tsp crushed red pepper flakes, or as needed for spice
2 Tsp kosher salt
2 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 Tsp Central Market Organics Whole Mediterranean Oregano
1/2 Tsp ground sage
2 Tsp red wine vinegar

In a bowl combine, pork, ground fennel, granulated garlic and onion, paprika, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, oregano, sage and red wine vinegar.
Mix well to combine, place into a zip-top bag and refrigerate over night to allow meat to marinate.
For usage, simply sauté in a little olive oil until browned and add to pasta dishes, pizza's, soups or any other recipe.
