16 Oz jumbo buttermilk biscuits
43 1/2 Oz H-E-B Select Ingredients Chicken Broth
4 H-E-B Fully Cooked Boneless Seasoned Chicken Breasts, cut into large chunks
16 Oz Hill Country Fare Peas & Carrots

Remove 3-4 biscuits or more, if desired from container and cut or slice into smaller chuncks (set on wax paper and set aside).
Pour the chicken broth in a large soup pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
Add small biscuit dumplings to the boiling broth.
Cover pot with a tight-fitting lid and turn off the heat.
Allow dumplings to set for 15-20 minutes (do not remove the cover during set time).
Meanwhile, combine chicken pieces and vegetables in a microwave-safe bowl; cover bowl and heat on high for 6 minutes, turning and stirring every minute to avoid burning.
Once dumplings have completed cooking, add heated chicken and vegetables; gently stir once to combine chicken and dumplings.
