3 Tbsp Montana Mex Avocado Oil
1 Tsp Sabatino Truffle Salt
1/2 shallot, fine diced
2 garlic cloves, fine chopped
1 bok choy, rough chopped
1/2 cup(s) Bolthouse Matchstick Carrots
16 Oz H-E-B Baby Bell Sliced Mushrooms
2 Tbsp Kikoman Soy Sauce
3 Tbsp Robert's Reserve Hoison BBQ Sauce
1 Kame Rice Noodles, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes

Place a large skillet over high add avocado oil and truffle salt and once hot add shallots and garlic; stir.
Add shallots and garlic to hot skillet and stir once.
Add bok choy, matchstick carrots, mushrooms, soy sauce and reduce heat to medium.
Thoroughly stir ingredients in pan and add hoisin bbq sauce and drained noodles.
Turn heat back up to high and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
