1 1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Quick Oats
30 Hill Country Fare Pecan Halves
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
1 H-E-B Salted Butter Stick
2/3 cup(s) Hill Country Fare Honey
1/4 cup(s) semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

Heat oven to 350°F.

Spray 2 baking sheets with non-stick cooking spray.

Combine the quick oats, 6 chopped pecan halves and flour in a small bowl and set aside.

Place butter in a small saucepan and melt over medium low heat.

Stir in the honey and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. Add the chocolate chips to the honey mixture and stir until they melt.

Pour the melted honey mixture over the quick oats mixture and stir until all ingredients are coated.

Drop the honey cluster batter 1 rounded Tablespoon at a time, 1 1/2 inches apart, on an ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake the Honey Clusters on the center oven rack for 15 minutes or until firm.

Remove the clusters from the oven and press 1 pecan half over each.

Cool the Honey Clusters for 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet and cool completely on wire racks.
