1 Pt H‑E‑B Texas Two Step Sweet Bite Sized Tomatoes
1 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 Lb Philly's Texas Peeled White Shrimp, 51/70 ct.
1 H-E-B Scampi Cooking Sauce
12 Oz H-E-B Fettuccine Pasta, prepared according to package directions
2 Tbsp Italian parsley

Heat a large skillet over medium-high adding tomatoes and oil. Cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until tomatoes start to wilt.
Add shrimp, stir and cook 2 to 3 minutes, just until they start to turn whitish-pink.
Turn heat down to medium and add sauce. Stir to coat shrimp. Bring to a simmer and add pasta to pan. Stir just to heat through, about 2 to 3 minutes.
Transfer to serving plates and garnish with parsley.
