Recipe makes 32 Servings

1 Tbsp olive oil
16 Oz H-E-B Light Pork Sausage
1 cup(s) red onion, finely diced
1 cup(s) red bell pepper, finely diced
4 Oz hatch green chilies, diced
32 Oz H-E-B Easy Melt Queso Blanco
32 Oz cream cheese
1 cup(s) milk
1 cup(s) chicken broth
6 Oz H-E-B That Green Sauce, medium
2 medium roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1/2 cup(s) fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped

Add oil and sausage to a large pan over medium-high heat. Stir to break apart meat and cook for 7 to 9 minutes or until sausage is browned and fully cooked.
Add onion and bell pepper. Sauté for 5 to 6 minutes, or until onion starts to soften. Reduce heat to medium.
Add green chilies, easy melt cheese, cream cheese, milk, stock and green sauce. Stir frequently while melting.
Continue heating through until cheese is fully melted and warm. Add tomatoes and fresh cilantro, and stir through just before serving.
Serve warm with fresh tortilla chips
