Recipe makes 6 Servings

16 Oz ground Italian sausage, uncooked
1/2 cup(s) dry red wine
32 Oz Cookwell & Company Tomato Basil Soup
1 cup(s) Central Market Organics Chicken Broth
16 Oz great Northern beans, drained
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Whole Egyptian Basil
5 Oz bag fresh baby spinach leaves
1/2 cup(s) heavy cream

Instructions

Brown sausage 6 to 8 minutes in a 4-quart pot over Medium-High heat. Drain pan juices, if desired. Add wine; stir and scrape bottom of pot to loosen any browned bits and deglaze pan.

Stir in soup, broth, beans and basil. Bring to a boil and simmer 5 minutes, uncovered.

Stir in spinach and cream; remove from heat. Serve while hot
