3 Tbsp Hill Country Fare Canola Oil
2 Lb H-E-B Lean Ground Beef
11 Oz H-E-B Chopped Onions
7 Oz H-E-B 3 Color Peppers
4 Tbsp Bolner's fiesta brand quick chili mix'
15 Oz Central Market Organics Pinto Beans
15 Oz H-E-B Mexican Style Tomatoes
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Iodized Salt
1/4 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Heat a large chili pot over high heat for 2 minutes.
Add oil and ground meat and stir-fry the meat for 5 minutes until all of the liquid is gone and the meat is browned.
Add the chopped onions, 3 color peppers and Bolner's Quick Chili Mix to the meat; stir-fry 3 more minutes.
Add the beans and tomatoes to the chili meat and bring the chili to a boil, reduce the heat to low and cook for 15 minutes.
Season the chili with salt and pepper and serve over rice or cornbread and enjoy.
