1 Tbsp olive oil
12 Oz H-E-B Reduced Fat Sausage
1/4 cup(s) shallot, finely chopped
2 10.5 oz. cans H-E-B Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
10 1/2 Oz whole milk, (fill up soup can)
10 1/2 Oz half & half, (fill up soup can)
8 4/5 Oz Central Market Microwaveable Barley and Lentils

Instructions

Add oil and sausage to a large pan. Sauté over medium high for 5 to 6 minutes, or until sausage begins to brown.

Add shallot to pan. Cook until they begin to soften, about 3 to 4 minutes.

Turn heat to low and add condensed soup, milk, half & half and barley/lentil blend. Bring to a simmer, just to heat through. Serve immediately.

Chef's tip: Garnish with fresh chopped parsley or chives and serve in hollowed out bread bowl for a pretty presentation and a hearty meal.
