14 Oz artisan pizza dough
15 H-E-B Fully Cooked Italian Style Meatballs
1 1/2 Tbsp olive oil
3 Oz pepperoni
2 Oz baby spinach
2 cup(s) H-E-B Tomato & Basil Pasta Sauce
2 cup(s) H-E-B Italian Style Six Cheese Blend, shredded

Instructions

Thaw pizza dough according to package directions.

Preheat oven to 425°F. Place meatballs on a plate, microwave 90 seconds then slice in half.

Heat a large skillet on medium-high. Add 1 tablespoon of oil and meatballs to skillet. Cook until nicely browned, about 7 to 8 minutes.

Add pepperoni and spinach to pan. Stir together just long enough to wilt spinach, about 1 minute; remove from heat.

Use remaining oil to lightly coat rimmed baking sheet. Add dough and stretch into a rectangle about the size of the baking sheet.

Spread a layer of sauce and cheese over dough then spoon meat mixture onto cheese. Roll up along long end like a loaf of bread and pinch edges to seal ingredients inside.

Bake 20 minutes or until golden brown. Rest Stromboli 5 minutes before serving.

Chef's Note: This is really just like a rolled up pizza - so whatever ingredients you like on pizza would be great tucked inside.
