3/4 cup(s) unsalted butter, softened
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Brown Sugar
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Sucralose
1 large H-E-B Large Grade AA Eggs, yolk only
1 cup(s) H-E-B Baker's Scoop All Purpose Flour
3/4 Tsp H-E-B Baking Powder
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Salt
1/2 cup(s) H-E-B Powder Sugar
1 Tsp Hill Country Fare Ground Cinnamon

Combine the butter, brown sugar, 0 Calorie Sugar Replacement, and egg yolk in a mixer bowl. Beat with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Add the flour, baking powder, and salt and beat 1 more minute or until a dough forms.
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Heat oven to 350°F and set out 2 ungreased cookie sheet pans.
Roll the dough out on a floured surface to 1/4 inch thickness.
Cut out cookies and place on the ungreased cookie sheet pans.
Bake the cookies 10 to 12 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Place cookies on wire racks and dust with the powder sugar cinnamon mixture.
