2 Mi Tienda Ready To Cook Flour Tortillas
1 cup(s) FUD Oaxaca Cheese, shredded
2 slices FUD ham

Heat a non-stick pan to medium, allow 2 to 3 minutes to come to temperature.
Place 1 tortilla in hot pan and cook until it starts to puff up. Spread 1/2 cup of cheese over the tortilla and top with 2 slices of ham.
Spread remaining 1/2 cup of cheese over ham and top with the second tortilla.
Cook 2 to 3 minutes then carefully flip and continue cooking for 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. You can repeat the flipping process as needed until cheese is melted.
