2 cup(s) champagne vinegar
24 Oz water, hot
4 Tbsp kosher salt
9 1/2 Oz Vela Farms Ginger Habanero Jelly
2 1/2 Lb pork center loin chop, grill

Instructions

Combine champagne vinegar, hot water, salt and jelly.

Add pork to brine. Let sit at room temperature 30 minutes.

Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Remove pork from brine and grill 3 to 5 minutes per side depending on desire of doneness.

Chef's Note: Serve with cabbage, sweet potatoes or slaw.
