Recipe makes 10 Servings

1 large can of crispy onions, plus more as needed
12 Oz pico de gallo
15 Oz fresh guacamole
2 cup(s) Cotija cheese, grated or shredded
10 1/2 Oz H-E-B Produce Medium Salsa

Using an 8x8 casserole pan place crispy onions evenly on bottom of dish. Mix the pico de gallo and guacamole together.
Place a layer of guacamole mixture on top of onions. Then sprinkle the Cotija cheese over guacamole. Repeat the next layer in the same manner. Crispy onions, guacamole, Cotija, and finish the final layer with a layer of chipotle salsa.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later use. This dip can be made a day in advance. The onions will just be soft.
