Recipe makes 30 Servings

3 large Hass avocados, cut in half and pits removed
12 Oz pico de gallo
1 Tbsp fresh lime juice
1 Tbsp shallot, minced fine
1 large garlic clove, minced fine
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 cup(s) bacon, cooked crispy & chopped into bits
1/3 cup(s) Red Rio Al Pastor Sauce

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mash with a fork to combine.
Season with more salt and pepper to taste if necessary.
