Grilled Tuna Taco with Feta Cheese

Recipe makes 8 Servings

1 Tbsp Huy Fong Siriracha Chili Sauce
6 Oz Non-Fat Greek Yogurt Plain
1/4 Tsp Adams Garlic Powder
1 Tbsp lime, juiced
1 Lb Albacore Tuna Steaks
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve All Purpose Rub
8 Mixla Tortillas
4 Tbsp Feta Crumble
2 cup(s) green cabbage, shredded

Instructions

Combine chili sauce, yogurt, garlic powder and lime juice in a small bowl and set aside.

Preheat grill or skillet to medium heat.

Season tuna generously with rub.

Spray grill or pan with non-stick spray. Sear tuna slices for 1 minute per side. Remove to plate. Repeat until all tuna has been cooked.

To make tacos lightly spray skillet or grill again, add 1 tortilla, 1/2 tablespoon feta cheese and 1 to 2 slices of cooked tuna. Heat until the cheese melts slightly.

Remove from heat and add sauce and cabbage. Top with cilantro and avocado if desired.
