2 Lb Fresh Yellowfin Tuna #1 Steak, cut 1 1/4-inches thick
1 pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into 1 1/4-inch chunks
1 sweet onion, cut into 1 1/4-inch chunks
1/4 cup(s) sherry
1/4 cup(s) La Choy Lite Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
2 Tbsp lemon, juiced
1/4 Tsp Ty Ling Sesame Oil
4 Whole Peeled Garlic, crushed
1 Tsp ginger, grated
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp H-E-B Black Pepper

Instructions

Heat charcoal or gas grill to 375°F.

Thread tuna, pineapple and onion onto bamboo skewers.

Combine sherry, soy sauce, olive oil, lemon juice, sesame oil, garlic and ginger in a non-metallic pan to make marinade.

Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade for basting during cooking.

Marinate tuna kabobs 10 minutes.

Grill 4 inches above medium heat about 8 minutes total.

Turn to brown all sides of kabobs.

Brush with marinade each turn.

Season lightly with salt and pepper while cooking.

Cook until tuna is medium-rare in center. Do not overcook.
