Grilled Tilapia with Pineapple Corn Salsa

1 Tbsp H-E-B Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Lb tilapia fillets, sliced in 4 ounce portions
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp pepper
1/2 cup(s) Dole Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple Juice, drained
15 Oz H-E-B Crisp & Sweet Corn with No Salt Added, drained
3/4 cup(s) red onions, diced
1 jalapeño pepper, minced

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Drizzle oil over tilapia fillets, season with salt and pepper.
Place on grill, cover, and cook 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Meanwhile, combine pineapple, corn, red onions, and jalapeño. Season with salt to taste.
Divide pineapple corn salsa evenly over tilapia.
