4 tilapia fillets
1 cup(s) H-E-B Fresher Lasting Salsa- Mild
4 Tbsp green olives, sliced
2 Tbsp lime, juiced
2 zucchini, sliced
1 red bell pepper, sliced
4 Tsp olive oil
4 pieces of foil

Instructions

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

Pile the zucchini, olives, and bell pepper in the center of each foil. Lay the tilapia over the vegetables.

Fold up the edges of the foil around the fish and vegetables. Pour 1/4 cup of salsa over each fish and seal.

Place foil pouches on the grill and cook for approximately 15 minutes, or until fish is fully cooked.

Serve immediately.
