1 1/2 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed to taste
1 Tsp white pepper
1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper, use more or less if desired to control heat
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1 Tsp cracked black pepper
1 1/2 Tsp granulated garlic
1 Tsp brown sugar
1/4 cup(s) grape seed oil or vegetable oil
1 1/2 Lb Large Gulf Shrimp u-10/15, peeled and deveined if needed

Instructions

Combine dry spices with oil and shrimp in a bowl and toss to coat. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 1 hour to allow shrimp to marinate.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat 375 - 400ºF.

Place shrimp on grill and allow to cook 2 to 4 minutes per side or until nicely marked and fully cooked.

Remove shrimp to a plate and refrigerate until cold approximately 30 minutes. Serve with your favorite spicy cocktail sauce or condiment.
