Grilled Stone Fruit with Honey Whipped Goat Cheese

1/4 cup(s) honey
1 1/4 cup(s) goat cheese
4 peaches or plums, cut in half and pits removed

Preheat grill to 375˚F or medium-high heat.
While grill is getting warm, combine honey and goat cheese in a food processor. Pulse until smooth and creamy. Remove and refrigerate until ready to use.
Spray grill with non-stick spray. Add peaches or plums and grill 4 to 6 minutes or until nicely marked.
Remove fruit from grill and serve with honey whipped goat cheese. Garnish with fresh mint if desired.
