Grilled Steak & Summer Vegetable Rice

Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Tbsp olive oil, divided
1/2 Tbsp rosemary, chopped
1/2 Tbsp basil, chopped
1 1/4 Lb flank steak
1 cup(s) peppers, chopped
1 cup(s) zucchini, chopped
1 cup(s) onion, chopped
1 package of Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli

Instructions

Blend 1 tablespoon oil with herbs in a small bowl.

Brush steak with herb mixture then grill or broil, turning once, until steak is desired doneness. Rest 10 minutes before slicing.

Heat remaining oil in a large skillet, add vegetables and cook until crisp and tender, about 4 minutes.

Add 2 cups water and Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli, stir and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7 minutes or until rice is tender.

Serve steak over vegetables and Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli.

Chef's note: If you have vegetables grilled, chop them and add to the Knorr Rice Sides Cheddar Broccoli.
