Grilled Sirloins In Spicy Beer Marinade

12 Oz Samuel Adams Lager
1/3 cup(s) Kikkomon All-Purpose Less Sodium Soy Sauce
1/4 cup(s) cider vinegar
1 Tbsp peeped garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp Organic Whole Grain Mustard
1 Tsp tabasco pepper sauce
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
2 Lb beef top sirloin steaks, cut 3/4- inch thick

For marinade, combine beer, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and hot sauce in a 1-gallon sealable plastic bag.
Add steaks, turn to coat, cover and refrigerate 4-24 hours.
Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on high 10 minutes with lid closed.
Grill steaks 4 inches above medium heat (375°F grill surface temperature) 6-8 minutes per side.
Remove from grill when internal temperature of steaks reaches 140 or 150°F for medium-rare to medium doneness.
Determine temperature with an instant read thermometer inserted horizontally into center of steaks; slice thinly at an angle and serve.
