Grilled Shrimp With Tequila Marinade

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1/4 cup(s) lemon, juiced
2 Tbsp grenadine syrup
2 Oz tequila
3/4 Tsp salt
1/2 Tsp tabasco pepper sauce
1 Lb H-E-B Large Gulf Shrimp, in the shell
1 lime, cut into wedges

Combine lemon juice, grenadine syrup, tequila, salt and Tabasco Sauce in a bowl.
Add shrimp and marinate for 30-60 minutes, turning occasionally.
Drain shrimp and skewer.
Grill over a medium-high fire or broil 3 inches from the heat for 3 minutes on each side or until the shells turn pink and the meat is opaque.
Squeeze lime wedges over shrimp prior to serving.
