Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Pineapple Orange Salsa

Recipe makes 6 Servings

12 Oz H-E-B Medium Pico De Gallo
1/3 cup(s) orange juice
1/4 cup(s) cilantro
1 pineapple, peeled and diced
18 shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 red bell pepper, seeded and cut into 12 pieces
1/2 sweet onion, cut into 12 pieces
2 Tbsp pure olive oil
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1/2 Tsp iodized salt
8 Oz mango pineapple salsa

Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Combine pico de gallo, orange juice, cilantro and pineapple and set aside.
Toss shrimp, bell peppers and onion into a medium sized bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Season with sesame seeds and salt.
Slide shrimp, bell pepper and onion onto skewers and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until shrimp start to curl. Remove from heat.
Serve with pineapple orange salsa.
