Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

2 Lb tiger shrimp, peeled and de-veined
6 H-E-B Garlic Cloves, minced
6 Tbsp H-E-B Olive Oil
2 large navel orange, juiced
2 Tbsp parsley, chopped
1/8 Tsp kosher salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Combine sauce ingredients, pour over shrimp in a glass baking dish, and marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

Remove shrimp from marinade and place on a greased grill.

Pour marinade into a small saucepan and heat to a boil.

Grill shrimp for 4 minutes per side.

Brush with garlic sauce while cooking. Spoon any remaining sauce over shrimp and serve.
