Grilled Ribeyes with Hot Mustard Butter

1/3 cup(s) Four J Grilled Scallion Mustard
1 Tsp lemon, juiced
4 Oz unsalted butter
16 Oz ribeye steaks
1/2 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp cracked black pepper

Instructions

Preheat grill on medium high or 375˚F.

In a bowl combine scallion mustard, lemon juice and softened butter together. Mix well and season to taste with salt and pepper and turn your attention to the steaks.

Season steaks with salt and pepper on both sides and allow to come to room temperature before grilling.

Grill steaks for 5 to 7 minutes per side (depending on thickness) or until the internal temperature reads 140˚F to 145˚F. Slice thinly in strips and serve with mustard butter.
