1 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1-inch slices
4 cup(s) H-E-B Creamy Creations Vanilla Ice Cream
1/4 cup(s) H-E-B Cajeta Milk Caramel Spread

Heat gas or charcoal grill to 375°F.

Spray a vegetable or mesh grilling rack with nonstick cooking spray and set on a tray.

Cut each pineapple slice into 4 wedges and place on the prepared grilling rack. Grill the pineapple slices for 3 minutes on each side with the lid down.

Serve warm with a scoop of ice cream and a tablespoon of caramel spread.
