3 pineapple, slices
1/4 cup(s) Fischer & Weiser Charred Pineapple & Bourbon Sauce
1 Tbsp H-E-B 100% Pure Olive Oil
2 small roma tomato, finely chopped
1 jalapeno pepper, seeds & stems removed
1/4 cup(s) white onions, chopped
1/4 cup(s) cilantro, chopped
1/8 Tsp salt
1/8 Tsp black pepper

Instructions

Cut peel from pineapple, then cut pineapple crosswise into 1/2-inch thick slices.

Blend pineapple sauce with oil in a small bowl.

Grill pineapple slices over medium heat 3-5 minutes per side; spread or brush sauce mixture over slices during cooking.

Place slices on a cutting board, cool slightly and cut into 1/4-inch dice.

Cut tomatoes in half and remove seeds; cut into 1/4-inch dice.

Finely chop jalapeño, onion and cilantro.

Toss pineapple with tomatoes, jalapeño, onion and cilantro in a medium bowl.

Stir in any remaining sauce mixture; season with salt and pepper. Serve salsa with steaks.
