Ingredients

Recipe makes 2 Servings

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 cup(s) sweet onion, chopped
1 cup(s) green bell pepper, chopped
7 Oz H-E-B Thinly Sliced Sirloin Beef, thawed
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve Spicy House All Purpose Rub
4 H-E-B Bakery Asiago Cheese Bread, slices
4 provolone slices

Instructions

Place skillet over medium heat.

Add olive oil, and once hot, add onion and bell pepper.

Sauté 5 minutes or until mixture is tender.

Once cooked through, add sirloin meat and Adams seasoning.

Sauté mixture an additional 10 minutes, or until meat is cooked through.

Place 2 pieces of bread on a clean cutting board or surface.

Put half of meat mixture on each, then top each with 2 slices of provolone. Top each with other slice of bread.

Place skillet over medium heat and lay sandwiches in skillet.

Brown them on each side 3 minutes, then serve.
