Grilled Pears with Mint Honey Yogurt

6 medium Anjou pears, firm to the touch
2 Tbsp Wyatt's by H-E-B™ Jalapeño Chipotle Finishing Butter
1 cup(s) H-E-B® Greek plain yogurt
3 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp fresh mint, finely chopped

Pre-heat your grill to med/high or 350˚F.
Cut your pears in half and remove the seeds and seed pods.
Brush each pear with the melted Texas Heat Butter and grill for about 2-3 minutes, cut side down, rotate pears a ¼ turn after 1 minute (this will give you those nice diamond grill marks).
Once you have nice marks on your fruit, remove from grill and allow to cool.
Serve the mint and honey yogurt on top of each grilled pear.
