Grilled Lamb Steak Gyros

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 lamb center leg steak, cut 3/4-inch thick
3 1/2 Tsp lemon, juiced, reserve 1/2 teaspoon
1 Tbsp Cavendar's Greek Seasoning
1/2 cup(s) fat-free plain yogurt
1/2 cucumber, seeded and chopped
1/4 Tsp mint, chopped
1/2 Tsp dill weed, chopped
4 whole wheat pita, follow
2 cup(s) red leaf lettuce, shredded
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup(s) red onion, chopped
1/2 cup(s) reduced-fat crumbled feta cheese

Heat grill to medium heat.
Sprinkle both sides of steak with lemon juice and Greek seasoning and let stand 5 minutes.
Combine yogurt, 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice, cucumber, mint and dill in a bowl and set aside.
Grill steak over medium coals 10 to 14 minutes until internal temperature reaches 150°F.
Microwave pita bread just before serving to soften.
Cut pitas in half and slice steak into thin strips.
Fill each pita with steak, then top with yogurt mixture, lettuce, tomato, onion and feta cheese.
