3 Tbsp Adams Reserve Za’Atar Seasoning
3 Lb lamb loin chops, cut 1" thick
1/4 cup(s) Ottavio Private Reserve Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup(s) Robert's Reserve Roasted Red Pepper & Onion Dip
4 Tbsp Vela Farms Rosemary Jelly

Preheat grill to 375ºF (or medium heat).
In a large bowl or on a cutting board, sprinkle za'atar seasoning over lamb loin chops then drizzle with olive oil. Using hands, coat chops entirely with olive oil and seasoning.
Place lamb chops on hot grill and cook 3 to 4 minutes per side, basting with roasted red pepper and onion dip until internal temperature reaches 140ºF.
Let chops rest and serve with rosemary jelly on the side.
