Grilled Greek-Style Lamb Skewers

Recipe makes 7 Servings

1 garlic, minced
2 Tbsp white onion, grated
1 Lb Natural Ground Lamb
1 Tsp ground cumin
1/2 Tsp allspice
1/2 Tsp black pepper
1 Tsp McCormick Coriander Seed
1 Tsp iodized salt
1/2 cup(s) parsley, chopped

Add to List


Blend garlic and onion in a blender or food processor until a paste forms.
Place ground lamb in a large bowl and add onion-garlic paste, cumin, allspice, black pepper, coriander, salt and parsley. Mix well.
Form into 28 rounded meatballs.
Place 2 meatballs on each skewer, flattening each meatball into an oblong shape. Slide another skewer into the meatballs to make them more secure.
Chill 30 minutes.
Preheat grill to medium-high.
Grill skewered meatballs 5 minutes per side.
