Ingredients

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 Tsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 red onions, fine diced
1 jalapeno pepper, fine diced
1 red bell pepper, chopped
4 Tbsp lemon, juiced
4 Tbsp lime, juiced
1 Tsp canned chipotle peppers, minced
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, chopped

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high.

Toss shrimp with oil, place on grill and cook 2 minutes per side.

Transfer shrimp to a cutting board, chop into smaller pieces and place in a large bowl.

Add remaining ingredients, cover and chill 1 hour.
