Grilled Chipotle Five Spice Pork Medallions

Recipe makes 6 Servings

2 Lb pork tenderloin, Sliced into half inch medallions
1/4 cup(s) Robert's Reserve Hoisin BBQ Sauce
2 Tbsp Adams Reserve Chipotle Five Spice
2 Tbsp Montana Mex Avocado Oil
2 Tbsp orange, juiced
1 lime, quartered
1/4 cup(s) green onions, thinly chopped

Combine sliced pork, orange juice, avocado oil and Adams rub and marinate for a minimum of twenty minutes.
Preheat grill to high.
Sear pork medallions on high for two minutes per side or until cooked through.
Sauce pork medallions with hoisin bbq sauce.
Squeeze lime over pork and garnish with green onion.
