Recipe makes 4 Servings

1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
8 Oz Hill Country Fare Diced Green Chilies, drained
4 H-E-B Peeled Garlic, minced
1/4 Tsp oregano
1/4 Tsp black pepper
4 Tsp cilantro, minced
4 top sirloin steaks, cut 1-inch thick
1 Tsp black pepper, for rub
1 Tsp garlic salt, for rub
1/8 Tsp cayenne papper, for rub

To make chili stuffing, heat oil in non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Add chilies, garlic, oregano and pepper. Cook 4 minutes, while stirring.
Remove from heat and add cilantro.
Cut a horizontal pocket in each steak to prepare for stuffing. Stuff each strip steak with 1/4 chili stuffing.
Combine rub ingredients. Lightly season each steak with rub mixture.
Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-12 minutes total; turn once.
