Grilled Chicken with Red Pesto Yogurt

Recipe makes 4 Servings

1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil
1 1/4 Lb H-E-B Natural Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 Tbsp lemon zest
1 cup(s) H-E-B Plain Greek Yogurt
3 garlic, smashed
1/3 cup(s) Central Market Sun Dried Tomato Tapenade

Preheat grill to 375°F.
Add olive oil to chicken and season liberally with salt, pepper and lemon zest. Toss everything well to coat.
In a food processor combine yogurt, garlic and tapenade together until creamy and smooth.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and set aside. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Spray grill with non-stick spray. Add chicken breasts to grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until nicely marked and internal temperature reaches at least 165°F.
Allow chicken to rest. Serve with yogurt sauce and grilled vegetables or rice.
