Grilled Chicken with Asparagus and Feta Sauce Verte

Recipe makes 6 Servings

1 1/2 Lb chicken thighs
1 Tsp kosher salt
1 Tsp black pepper
1/2 cup(s) Le Conserve Della Nonna Asparagus Cream
1/2 cup(s) sour cream
1/2 cup(s) green onions, chopped
2 lemon, juiced and zested
1/2 cup(s) feta cheese
1/3 cup(s) fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat grill to medium high heat. Season and rub chicken thighs with salt, pepper and lemon zest. Spray grill with non stick spray to keep chicken from sticking.
Grill chicken for 4-6 minutes per side or until thighs reach an internal temperature of 170°F. Remove from grill, cover with foil and allow to rest.
For the sauce, combine asparagus cream, sour cream, green onions, lemon juice, feta cheese, and fresh parsley together in blender.
(Add 1/4 cup of water if blender won't blend due to thickness.) Blend until smooth and season to taste with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over grilled chicken and serve.
