1 cup(s) Ancho and Guajillo Salsa, recipe on
1 Tsp kosher salt, plus more as needed
1 Tbsp lime zest
1/2 cup(s) cilantro, picked leaves
1 Tsp cracked black pepper, plus more as needed
1 1/4 Lb H-E-B Thin Sliced Chicken Breasts
1/4 cup(s) extra virgin olive oil, as needed for rubbing chicken
4 Mi Tienda by H-E-B Baked Tostadas, plus more as needed

Preheat grill to 375ºF.
Make Ancho and Guajillo Salsa; det aside for garnishing tostadas.
In a food processor (or blender), add salt, lime zest, cilantro and pepper; pulse to combine.
Rub chicken liberally with olive oil and rub on blended seasoning to completely coat.
Grill chicken to desired doneness, making sure its nicely marked on both sides, Allow to rest, then cut into thin slices.
Build tostadas by placing grilled chicken and salsa on each. Dress additionally with any condiments such as shredded lettuce, crema or guacamole.
Repeat process with additional tostadas.
