Grilled Chicken Gyros with Olive Feta Tzatziki

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup(s) non-fat Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp Adams Reserve White Wine and Garlic Butter Seasoning
2 Tsp dried oregano
1/2 Tsp salt
1 medium fresh lemon, zested and juiced
6 medium boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/3 cup(s) serrano stuffed olives, very thinly sliced
1/4 cup(s) crumbled feta cheese
1 avocado oil spray
8 4/5 Oz package naan bread
2 Tsp H-E-B Sunflower Oil with Garlic and Herbs
2 Oz romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 Pt Angel Sweet tomatoes

Instructions

In a small bow, whisk together yogurt, Adams seasoning, oregano, salt and lemon juice.

Place chicken thighs in a gallon size resealable bag, add half of yogurt mixture, seal, turn to coat and marinate 20 minutes.

While chicken is marinating, preheat grill to medium-high.

Add olives, feta and lemon zest to remaining yogurt. Set aside.

Spray grill with short bursts of avocado oil. Grill chicken on each side 4 to 5 minutes or until fully cooked. Rest a few minutes then slice into thin strips.

Brush naan bread with sunflower oil and grill briefly on each side. Cut in half.

To build each gyro, top naan bread with lettuce, chicken, tomatoes and yogurt sauce. Serve immediately.
